What's new

Version 9.3.1 adds configurable browser caching for Page Cache and Capture Cache responses, including mobile-device cache handling.

This release improves Page Cache response and AJAX handling, Optimize CSS Delivery cache invalidation and deduplication, LCP image selection, responsive images, settings imports, and administrator asset loading.

Several bugs were fixed, including malformed HTTP_HOST handling, empty lazy-load CSS URLs, HTML tags in custom CSS, unavailable Mode Switcher assets, and incorrect dashboard and LinkHelper behavior.

Developed and tested on up to PHP 8.5.9 and Joomla! 6.1.2
