The User - JCH Optimize User State plugin facilitates the setting and deletion of cookies that is used in either the HTTP Request and Excluding Form Users features of The System - JCH Optimize Page Cache Plugin . The cookies will still be set without this plugin but this plugin ensures they are set using the settings that were configured in Global Configurations so it's best to keep this plugin enabled.

This plugin is only available in the PRO version and is enabled by default.
